Trafalgar Projects Ltd are always interested in the purchase of a plot of land or a rundown barn for conversion so with that said we have listed a few factors that we look out for when identifying perspective plots.

Our Land Purchasing Criteria

Ideally the land that we would consider purchasing would suit a single house build or a small development. We also look to buy barns and outhouse that may be rundown, either with or without planning permission, subject to conditions.

We would also consider agricultural sites that can be converted into residential areas.
