Established 13 years ago the owner Brian Nelson who has over 27 years experience, set off life as a stone mason. Brian personally oversees every construction job and will ensure a job is started and finished on time. The key focus of the business is the customer relationship and to work together from the start.

Most of our work is by way of recommendation from previous clients. Customer accolades repeatedly praise our workmanship and finish. We want to bring you complete satisfaction and good project management comes with good budget management. Our reputation in the South Lakes area gives our customers complete confidence. We are also well known and recognised by many local estate agents, building control and local planners.

Trafalgar’s specialist team of highly skilled tradesmen allows us to offer a range of bespoke build projects ranging from new home builds, extensions, barn conversions and restoration projects. Our work mainly covers residential but also extends to commercial projects where in the past we have worked for local schools, churches and high street shops offering a complete bespoke shop fitting service.

Complete Building Package

Trafalgar Projects also offers a complete building package using recommended architects and structural engineers to assist you in producing the design for new homes and extensions. We will be there to guide you all the way which can be quite a daunting task.

All aspects of building and supporting trades are offered combining the latest techniques and technologies into your project. Working with the areas most respected independent craftsmen we offer full project management using known local tradesman from general builders, plasters, joiners, roofers, tilers and electricians who are registered and fully insured.
