Troutbeck Hall

Project Overview

Troutbeck Hall was a holiday home created for Mr. & Mrs. Preston. The customers aim was to personalise this house to their taste. Renovation started by removing parts of the house interiors very carefully as parts were being retained. In this project all interiors were designed by Mr. & Mrs. Preston. Trafalgar Projects still currently visit this property to maintain it following the success of the renovation work.

• Tile materials were sourced from local quarries for all floors and bathrooms.
• A specialist new heating system was installed and designed.
• The property was totally rewired with new light fittings and sockets.
• Care was taken to not to damage walls and ceilings.
